• ***** You must register before May 25, 2008  to guarantee the following: a race logo tech hat to the first 500 in an adult race, lunch and water after the race.***** Sorry, but we must submit numbers to the appropriate people by May 26th.
• Entry fees include athlete entry to race day parking, swim cap, chip timing, lunch after the race, and a goody bag.
• Goody bag includes custom race logo hat, swim cap, coupons, race pins, and other good stuff.  
• You must be a member (annual or 1-day) of USAT to compete in any of the races. This includes each member of a relay team. If you do not have an annual membership, you must purchase a one-day membership for $10 (this includes Canadian Triathlon Federation members).
• Payment by credit card can only be made online.
• All races are USAT sanctioned and USAT rules will apply.

Instructions for Online Registration

1. You must be 18 or older to register on-line. If you are younger than 18, please use the paper registration form.
2. This process includes three short sections: personal information and waivers, additional questions and extras, and payment. Your registration is not complete until you have completed all three sections and see a confirmation page.
3. Agreeing to the waivers and payment of entry fee constitutes your acceptance of Keuka Lake Triathlon and USAT policies.
4. If you are not an annual member of USAT and do not plan on becoming an annual member by race day, you must purchase a one-day USAT membership for $10. This one-day membership fee is non-refundable. Each and every individual of a relay team must purchase a 1-day membership if they are not already an annual member of USAT. Sorry, but this is how you are covered by USAT's insurance policy.
5. Your credit card statement will show a charge from "One Million Revolutions" since that is our online registration provider. Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
6. RELAY TEAMS can register on-line. Please note that the other teammates will have to sign waivers at Registration/Packet Pick-up. To save time at registration our recommendation is to submit your registration via paper method.

REFUND POLICY: No transfers of registrations to other athletes are allowed. Race refunds are allowed only if requested  at least two weeks before the date of event. A $35 processing fee will apply. Within two weeks before the race date there is no refund. However the athlete is allowed to use that registration for another race of lesser or equal value during the 2008 season only for the Score This!!! Multisport Series ONLY. This applies only if the request is made before the race day.
