·Keuka College has set aside over 275 dorm rooms (over 550 beds) the night before the race at a flat fee of $40 per room
not per person.
We do not assign anyone else to your room with you. You can have family
and friends in this room if you choose. All rooms come with 2 twin beds
furnished with sheets, pillows, and towels. The first rooms to be filled will be
located in Davis Hall. Davis Hall is located on the hill overlooking the lake.
These rooms ARE NOT air-conditioned. Please bring a fan. If you have any questions please contact Score This!!!

***Note***All rooms keys must be turned in by 11am race morning and a Keuka
College staff member will be in the hallway starting at 6am to collect them. If
you forget you can also hand them in at the volunteer tent.
Shower/restroom facilities will be available in the Weed Physical Arts Center
from 12noon-5pm. The dorms themselves have kitchenettes that have a double burner
stove and sink. Some of the floors also have a refrigerator. There are no
microwaves available in the dorm. Please also
know that once the rooms numbers have been submitted (approx one week from
race day) it isn't possible to book more rooms.
Late registration, packet pick-up
and room keys/assignments will be available on Saturday, June
3, 2012 from 4:00-7:00pm at
packet pickup in the Weed Physical Arts building. All lost room keys
will cost the athlete $25.00. This is the fee that the college charges us.
All rooms available for check in after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday 6/2/2011. Check
out by 11:00 a.m. Sunday 6/3/2011. The Weed locker rooms will be
available for athletes to shower after the event.
All keys will need to be turned in by 11:00 a.m. on the Sunday to the attendant
in the dorm or the Red Cross Volunteer tent.
Late arrivals for rooms will need to report to the
security office to get their keys.
