RUNSMART Running Analysis will be onsite to discuss the importance of running mechanics and how they relate to triathlon.  Running is a sport of skill and efficiency, much like swimming and biking.  Many triathletes will spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on equipment (bikes, helmets, wheels) to become more efficient; however, there is minimal work completed to become more efficient on the run.  The run is where races are won and lost.  Come & hear founder and President of RUNSMART Running Analysis, Steve Gonser, PT, DPT, discuss the importance of running mechanics and how they relate to running off the bike.  Steve is a 2x IM finisher and ultramarathon runner as well as a practicing physical therapist.
